how do u get to sky pillar on pokemon ruby after u have beaten the elite 4?

First get the Mach Bike and fly to Pacifidlog city (city on water). Then you go east and surf.go up and go east staying next to the rocks.After a while there will be an opening where you can go up. go up then left then up and finally right. you will see the entrance to a cave. go in and go out the other cave door. you will see sky pillar. you need the mach bike to move fast over the breakaway floor. Rayquaza is at the top of sky pillar. I used a nest ball to catch him. hope i helped.

Your Supposed to swim east from the pacifidgelog (sorry for the spelling) island until you come upon this rock formation. Or you could try using a Hoeun Map it highlights everyplace. Check your navi. And you can't fly there on a pokemon because it's not possible to fly there. You can only get there by swimming on a pokemon.

First surf down to pacifidlog town (fly to Ever grande and head west. You can't do it from Mauville because of whrilpools)
second, surf east, fight through the waters until you reach an islane on the top of your screen (hard to miss and it has a huge tower on it)
That island houses sky pillar. Good luck. (Don't use your master ball on Rayquaza, the LV.70 Dragon/Flying pokémon. You'll need it for Latios if you want him, he's the dragon/psychic pokémon you have to chase around the world map. It sucks if you don't have the master ball)

U go to the place where the city is in water, go on a surfing pokemon and u should find it. (its toward the right of the city)

All you have to do is use a flying pokemon and you are going to get there

I used a wailord it worked ok.Use a water pokemon that knows surf

swim right from pacifilog and stay close to the top and follow it untill you get there and also mach sure you have a mach bike
