Not bad and I still draw stick people. All I can tell you (in which to tell her) is continue to practice until she has her own unique style perfected. If she wants to pursue as a career in animation or drawing manga then she needs to check out certain animation studio or manga companies that would like provide her a job. Hope this helps!!!
