Turn the water supply off, drain the water line and hook it up again. It may have just gathered stuff to clog the line. If that doesn't work, remove the water supply valve and clean it. If it still doesn't work, you might need a new valve.

Your water line to the ice maker is clogged, they are usually quite small and Golg easily. Most of them are taped into the water supply with a small tap. I f you can find the tap it should have a shut off valve. After shutting of the valve, disconnect the water tube at both ends and blow through as hard as you or someone else can, that will unclog it. Reconnect and turn water back on and you are ready to go.

Assuming you turned the water back on of course...

When was the last time you changed the filter? If it was contaminated with organic material you could have a nice growth going there so I'd start by changing the filter anyway. While it is removed you may be able to open the valve a bit just to ensure that water is making it all the way TO the filter.

when you turned off the water there may have been build up in the lines and once you turned it back on the line may have become clogged. happened to me before.

Check the water filter, silt that it has caught may have solidified and is blocking the flow.
