if they get along SURE

most companies have rules about them not working in the same area/department-some have no hire policies with relatives

If one of them is kind of dominating, then they shud not work together coz it creates maj probs for the one who is a little bit meek and talks with his/her colleagues. If both have an understanding nature, then definitelt this is possible and its the best thing that could ever happen in anybody's life. I wud like to work with my hubby if I get a chance.

It's a horrible idea. You wake up together, go to work together, and come home together. Familiarity breeds contempt. You're going to be SICK of each other. And what happens when you have a fight? It WILL effect your work, and how your coworkers perceive both of you.

You're on the road to ruin.

depends, if they both want to, if they actually like eachother (seems silly but i'm just being honest),

i think they need sometime away from eachother so if they've each got thier own group of friends that they see, then ok

but thier are plenty of drawbacks.

If they have the same business goals. If they do not, there is too much conflict of interest.
