You may have a virus checker. You also need SpyBot S&D, Adaware and Windows Defender. You should also clear your IE Cache and ... oh ... don't go visiting porn sites that install pop-up software on your machine.

Incidentally, all three do a slightly different job, so it IS worth having all of them.

Go to Internet options>>
Clear cookies
Delete all offline data
Clear History
>>OK
Final Step
Dont watch porn if you are not interested in getting pop ups everytime you switch on the explorer.

Nothing will get rid of that off of your computer.

What you need to do is format your hard drive and do a complete reinstall of windows and all your other software.

It's the only way to reclaim internet explorer. However, another way to get around this is to stop using Internet Explorer as it is actually a very unsecure product prone to being hacked. Instead, install Firefox Mozilla webbrowser and use that. Never us Internet Explorer again.

Problem solved.

Its not a virus. Sounds like a browser hijack or adware. Theres an unwanted program running on your pc. Its usually a good idea to turn off System Restore until you've got rid of it because it can hide in there.
There are different sorts of malware ( Malicious Software ) and it takes different programs to prevent or remove them. There are viruses, spyware, adware and trojans.

Microsoft have two free online scanners that look for malware.

You can also download Microsofts free Windows Defender from the official Microsoft site, and the Malicious Software Removal Tool.

The Windows firewall doesn't stop malware on your pc from dialling out. Either of these firewalls are free for personal use and stop unwanted incoming and outgoing traffic. You choose which programs are allowed to access the internet. They are both fairly easy to use and updated regularly.

Instal both these web browsers, turn off javascript on one and use that browser for vising unknown websites.

You can use Acronis TrueImage to image your operating system after you've activated Windows, installed your drivers and security software etc. Store a copy on the hard drive and a copy on a dvd. You'll never have to activate Windows again after that!

Are you sure it's not a virus? Make sure you've kept your anti-virus definitions updated....

It's probably some sort of ad-ware or spyware....Download some free anti-spyware tools first. Windows Defender (free from Microsoft) or LavaSoft's Ad-Aware....do a full system scan...clean out everything....make sure you're not using INternet Explorer (IE). Use an alternate safer browser like Mozilla Firefox..

I believe you should tell your mother. It may be scary and awkward but it is the best thing to do. We're all curious about sex at one point, but that is totally inappropriate. I'm 14 too and I never went that far. It may seem innocent, but in the long run, it could turn into something a whole lot worse. She will most likely deny everything, but you have proof.. Tell your mom. Sometimes the hard thing to do is the best thing. Your mom needs to have a longgg talk with your sister. Good luck!!!

this is a spyware problem i am afraid to say, what you need is to install 3 free spyware programs
1.spybot avalible from http://www.safer-networking.org/,this will find and clean any spyware that may be on your computer, you must remember to update and imunize your system every time you use it
2.lavasoft adaware-personal avalible from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ ,this will find and clean any adware you may have on your p.c,in my opinion i think this is what may be your problem as one of the symptoms of adware infestation is porn pop-ups
3.microsoft defender avalible from http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx,you must have a genuine windows to download this, and this program is slightly different to the others as this one just sits in the background and tracks any harmful changes to your system, its very good as its saved me a few times
defender will also be a part of the new operating system "vista"
these 3 programs will find what causing your pop-ups and once you have done this you should make sure you install a pop-up blocker such as service pack 2 or yahoo toolbar, the yahoo toolbar you willl find on your homepage
good luck

Clean out your cookies and history. That should help cut down on that. Plus you might want to try to get some sort of popup blocker.
