Legally, 21 is the youngest you should go for.

But, it really comes down to maturity. In general, women are more mature than men of equal age. But, that's not always the case. My wife is 4 years older than I am and her parents think I'm the more mature one. :-)

I think in general, you'll probably want to look for the older men since they'll be more likely to be more mature and ready to commit and settle down. Just don't completely avoid a guy just because he's younger.

Well I am currently 27 will be 28 in june 29th. But for me I dont normally date younger men, But I guess it would depend on the persons maturity. I did date for about 2 months someone that was 7 years younger then me, but he was very responcible, had a good job and was very mature.

I'm 28 and married and my husband is 8 years older then me. When I was single I only dated older men - usually 10-15 years older then me. I would never date a younger man - too immature and not worth it.

I am 29 and I wouldn't date anyone under the age of 27. There is a big maturity gap for men and women and most times anyone under your own age is way behind you in maturity. I speak from experience.

Do not go under 18 years old. He is legal. I would only go for someone over 21 myself. This way he is completely legal. Unless it is going to be a there is no drinking involved. But for all purpose I would keep it at least 21.

21 years old. Legal all around. And I'm 42 so if I had the chance to date I wouldn't think twice if a 21 year old asked me. Of course he would have to have money, I don't come cheap in any form of it.
