did u mean -35 or 35.... if u mean 20 to 35degrees, anywhere at sea level in the tropics would have this climate all year round

new zealand, they are approx. in your range all during the year, though like all places, they can have a cold snap of about 50 degrees f in a bad winter

yep my guess would be alaska,chicago,south asia, russia,etc.

but only in the winter time though!
