Submerse yourself underwate and tuck you legs into your chest (so you look like a ball or curled up). Using your arms by your side, push the water away from you (or towards you) depending on which was you want to go. As long as you blow out your nose, you do not need to hold/plug it. Air going out will not allow water in.

It took me a lot of practice :D I found out how to do it by..accident.Ok:
1. Take a deep breath of air.
2. Go down so that your feet are touchin the ground/ or go down untill the water is above your head.
3.CLOSE YOUR NOSE. why? cuz water will go in. You gotta know how to do a flip prefectly, then you don't need this step.
4. Bend your back, and your hips so that you are in a crouching position.
5. Do a summersault...without touching the ground with your hands.

You might think your back is gonna break, or your gonna drown/ get hurt. None of that will happen. Its just a summersault in water, right?
Its awfully easy, just keep on doing it. Good luck!!!

just how you do a summer salt above ground
its pretty hard to mess a flip up but make sure your in about 4 feet of water when you do this
also when u flip MAKE SURE you blow air OUT of your nose the whole time or else you will really regret flipping because youll get a full head of water

when you about to head towards the wall, you flip pushing you feet forward like a slap. its easier if someone teaches you one on one. over the net, it's harder.
