yes she will get teeth, but it is a worry to a new mom, cuz people make all kinds of insensitive and/or stupid remarks..
my daughter walked and talked well before her teeth came in,
at 11 months, went into her room, and there were 4 teeth peeking out...
they came in groups of 4 and 6 within a couple month's time, and I never knew she was actually cutting teeth until I actually SAW the new ones
be thankful, my boy was the exact opposite... every tooth eruption was an agony for him, and everyone else in the house

Be thankful. My daughter has been working on getting her teeth since she was 4 months old. She is now ten months and has 5 teeth. She is cranky for weeks at a time because of them.
I wouldn't be worried though. I know lots of other babies that don't have teeth or have just started getting them at 12 months. I think when she starts to get them, they will come one right after the other.

Y r u anxious for her 2 sprout teeth? If u r Asian, it's a bad omen. They say the parents r going to have a hard time feeding her b'cos she eats faster than they can provide. If u r Western, let her take her time, don't rush things. If u can't stand 2 wait, why not sit n wait?

My daughter didn't get a tooth until she was 1...Now she is almost 15 months old and is just now getting her 2nd upper. All kids are different so dont worry. She still ate everything in site, they can do a lot of chewing just with their gums.

What a stupid question. Here is an equally stupid answer: your daughter will never get teeth, she will stay retarded and toothless for the rest of her life. Don't bother believing the Doctor, after all what do they know! I'm sure all their years in college ads up to more time than you spent in school your whole life! Haha.

She will. In fact the later they are the better. My son didn't cut his first teeth until he was 15 months! The dentist told me that the longer the teeth stay in, the stronger they will be.

teeth come out whenever they are ready the chewing and drooling is aggravating but mostly for the parent and not the child. try a food grinder. you can find it at babies 'r' us or other big stores that handle baby items. my two year old only ate baby food for a month and only wanted to eat what we ate so i bought a grinder and he ate what we ate. also helped lower my grocery bill!!!!!!!
