okay.....trust me....
sit in bathes of HOT water, if they are on the outside (epsom salt helps)
reduce your stress level
LIE down....not sit......get up to potty only
eat soft stuff.....soup, veggies.....stay away from meat
stool softener
do not sit on the toilet...if you can't go...get up
the over the counter stuff works okay, Preparation H is great, but get the kind you put inside....not just a cream....
but you gotta start to heal from the inside first....
get the stress down, whether it's work, family, on your feet all day, bad relationship......whatever it is....find a way to chill.....
and stay off your feet as much as possible....again....lie down....sitting is not good....won't let those muscles relax.
be good to yourself....and remember....

use preperation H as an aid, or you can use tucks to stop pain and itching, but the only way to get rid of them is surgery. Consult you Gastroenterologist ( G.I.), obtain a referral from your primary care doctor.

Yes, you must go to the drugstore to ask for a medicament that can reduce and prevent hemorrides. It is a local treatment. It is OK to ask - it is a common thing!
