There's a debate over here. One person says the abbreviation "LOL" means lots of love. The other says it means laugh out loud. Which is it? Or if not these, what?

ROFLWHS is rolling on the floor laughing while having siezures.

LAUGH OUT LOUD. Look at the context you most often see people respond with LOL after a funny statement. It would not make sense to respond with lots of love after a funny statement.
