Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, i think everyone has their own level of beauty, and as to pin point the most beautiful woman alive today, no one woman possesses that power.

First define "beautiful"; there are many different kinds of beautiful.
Personally I think my wife is the most beautiful woman in the world because she and I have a wonderful and exciting life together. We share and do almost everything we do together. Is she one of the anorexic skinny models? Not by a long shot but she is healthy and normal and I love her totally.
