II would have to say to say that the odds are lower than 1/365.25

It depends on how hard you party that night. Don't drink and drive!!!

I don't know the answer to this question, but do know that people are more likely to die in the few months following a birthday than they are in the few months before a birthday. According to what I read, the upcoming birthday gives people (especially old people) a goal to reach. Once they reach that birthday, they no longer have a near future goal to reach.
