The day before the light came on, I cleaned the engine at the car wash. After AutoZone diagnosed the problem, I pulled the spark plug wire and the suction caused some moisture to come out. I tried to clean up as much as possible.

Auto zone is a parts store and would not trust there diagnoses and if it ran fine before you cleaned it plobley got something wet and will return to normal soon or you knocked off a injector wire or a plug boot filled with watter or something along those lines, they work in parts stores usaly cause they are not mechanics. take to a ASE Mechanic

take w-d 40,remove each wire,1 at a time and spray on top of spark plug and inside boot ,also spray inside distributor cap.no engine damage will occur.but electrical damage could.the wd40 will displace the water and return your ignition back to prewash condition
