You likely need the divx codec. You'll have exactly the same problem with Real Player.

Go to www.divx.com and download the codec. It'll likely try to give you a player as well. You can ignore it. Once you install the codec you can view the movie with Media Player as well.

you need to get some codecs try another program
or conect to the internet and play the movie again and windows media player will automatically download the codec needed

i think you are missing codecs, try using realplayer
