Bones, muscles and veins are all individual ORGANS!

They are INTERNAL too! But usually they are not studied as part of Internal Medicine, but they ARE organs.

Organs are groups of different tissues that assist the function of an individual system, but all cells, tissues, organs, systems of an organism work together in homeostasis for the overall health of the organism.

Systems are groups of organs working together.

So each bone organ makes the skeletal system work. Each muscle of the muscular system makes the whole system work. Each blood vessel organ works with the heart to make the whole Circulatory System work.
