Just answered another beauty question and saw yours.
Can't help, want to tell you I used green tea loose leaves to make tea bags for my eyes. You know, my trick is to do this first thing in the morning. I presoak the teabags before I go to bed, put teabags in ziplock bag and set on bed table. I put the teabag over my eyes after I snooze the alarm. 9 minutes later. My eyes look so fresh.

Hi! Well yes, but it might take a while before you notice a change. I would reccomend using a lighter concealer. And most of all, try to get at least 8 hours of sleep and drink lots of water!
If you use makeup, only use mascara on you upper eyelashes, and try to use a white eyeliner. Remember to always use enough moisturizer at night. You can also try to place a cold spoon over your eye for a couple of seconds when you wake up, it doesn't totally remove it, but it helps.

Good Luck!
