nope, because you still had a thought. Descartes actually said "I think, therefore I exist" in Latin, of course. In his "Discourse" he says this:
"But I have convinced myself that there is absolutely nothing in the world, no sky, no earth, no minds, no bodies. Does it now follow that I too do not exist? No: if I convinced myself of something [or thought anything at all] then I certainly existed. But there is a deceiver of supreme power and cunning who is deliberately and constantly deceiving me. In that case I too undoubtedly exist, if he is deceiving me; and let him deceive me as much as he can, he will never bring it about that I am nothing so long as I think that I am something. So, after considering everything very thoroughly, I must finally conclude that the proposition, I am, I exist, is necessarily true whenever it is put forward by me or conceived in my mind." (AT VII 25; CSM II 16–17)
It's often called the "first certainty" as a guiding principle to thinking more deeply on existance and God....anyway...have fun!

Thought is natural every human thinks at some level. Therefore you can not think not with out being deceased.

probably thinking is associated once u are identified with yourself as 'I'.once u don't think your identity goes off. so u are not there." but it is difficult to become without thought.because thought only makes humankind to go ahead, progress.
that's why we have to think in the right way ie doing good for others etc

Descartes wrote that in his Meditations when he was proving his own existence - the idea that you can think alone proves that you have to exist in some form - even if you "think not" you are still there

precisely, the human mind is a powerful thing...if you believe something, and really truly believe it, your mind can make it come true. (this is assuming that it involves you...like, if you step up to bat and believe you'll be hitting it into right field, there is a better chance it'll happen)
