1) Find the school where you'd like to study and find out the requirements they have for admissions to foreign students
2) Make sure you qualify and that you have sufficient funds to cover all of your expenses including housing, food and transportation during your stay in the US
3)Apply for admision at the school that you chose and they'll issue a I-20 form
4) Get an appointment at the US embassy in your country and show then the I-20 form that indicates that you were accepted at the institution where you want to study
5)Enjoy your stay in the US

Just walk accross the border 20 million others have . Hell and you will be treated alot better than a real American . And you can work get health insurance and dont have to pay taxes .
