If your bellybutton goes in pretty far, dead skin cells, lint, sweat and stuff like that collect and can make it smelly or have gunk in there, the best thing to do is wash it out with soap and water whenever you take a shower.
Be gently though, the skin in your bellybutton is really sensitive, I wouldn't use anything like peroxide in it.

No, it is not normal....you need to get a q-tip and use some lotion or baby oil and gently cleanse the area. Next time you shower or bathe, be sure to pay close attention and clean your belly button out well. If this is a continuous problem, I would ask a doctor. I hope this helps!!

No, it is not normal. You need to cleanse your body. I would go on a fruit fast for several days.....no conventional produce (it contains hormones, pesticides and was probably irradiated with nuclear waste)....make sure you get it from a health food store and it says ORGANIC (USDA)> you may be suprised by how good you feel, and you won't go hungry. Whenever you get a hunger pain eat an apple, and it will be gone......Remove dairy and wheat products, after your fast, and start looking into eating organically.

A mild smell is nothing to worry about but anything stronger needs sorting out, give it a good clean and if that doesnt work see your doctor as you could have an infection in there

Deep belly buttons get skin and grot stuck in them.
Gently clean with a cotton bud.
Pooh is a bear isn't he....I imagine he would smell of sweet sweet honey.

Sounds like your bedroom is infested with dump fairys who leave their tiny presents in your bellybutton. My friend suffered for years with this and he's really smells now, he even got fired from his job as a dustman. Send me £50 and I will tell you how to deal with these smelly critters!

this is perfectly normal, try cleaning it after a bath with cotton buds but make sure you apply a moisturiser to the cotton bud as the belly button is very sensitive area, dont do it with your fingers alone as this will result in infection. hope this answers your question.

while taking a shower, you are supposed to wash inside your belly button (if you have an innie). just get some soapy water on your finger, and swish it around inside your bb. I am sure it will be smelling fine after that.
