Does anyone realize how absolutely egotistical it is to think of themselves as one of the good guys among oh, so many evil ones?
People are people. Some of them think that one thing is most important, others, another. Until we can learn--ALL of us, the entire race--to have a little tolerance for the opinions of others, I think we're all a dying breed. But then, man has thought there was no hope for mankind since he first learned to think.
Yes, there are people who do terrible things to each other. But there are many more who do kind things for each other. In reality, the majority are just getting by and don't have a whole lot of time to worry about "good" and "evil." They have to figure out where to find food or water or medicine for their children.
Address those issues, take action to feed the hungry or heal the sick, and you won't question whether or not people are good. You'll prove that they are.

It is easy being bad or evil. It is harder to be good. Good takes effort and it takes time. We are a society of people who love self/instant gratification no matter what the cost. We are also a more lazy society with our conveniences. This all tends to make being bad very easy.
This doesn't mean there is not enough good in the world. We just have to work hard to be good. There are stories every day about people being/doing good. We see it everyday in our own lives. People holding the door for you. Letting you out on a busy street. Picking up something you dropped and giving it back to you, when you didn't know you dropped it. People helping others they don't know in a crisis. Many of these things the media finds unnoteworthy, so you don't hear about the good stuff unless it is a major story. I understand where you are coming from, because it seems so true. The people who do good are winners and the things they do ripple out and touch so many other people's lives that everyone in the ripple is a winner.
Just thought it was worth mentioning. Please don't despair!

Nooooo!!! Not true at all. Unfortunately the so called evil people may proclaim that, but that is exactly what they want u to believe. Good comes in all varieties. Today's culture is changing and is very different and more "open" then it may have been in the past. But that doesn't mean people are bad. People that are bad do seem to get away with things at times, but the media attention makes it seem more than not. It's time the good people of the world stand together and wipe out the bad.

I don't think good people are a dying breed but the numbers are dwindling.
I guess some people who were, in the beginning, good turn to the dark side because they see others (evil people) gain material and career success more rapidly. They get frustrated after awhile.
As long as one fights the good fight, you'll be ok. Like the Marines, be one of the few and proud!

If you accept the obvious fact that the world is pervert and moral is gone and normalcy is no more. Time is running faster and men are struggling breath takingly to catch up with it. At the expense of their life becoming shortened. Good people have withdrawn to the back side with the implication that the bad guys are rulling with reckless mind and thereby sending people to their grave- caring less.

No, the evil people forget that when you die it's all dressed up and no place to go. Shakespeare said all the world's a stage and we are just players. The real thing begins when we leave the stage.

good will always prevail in the long run....remember, if people are being evil to others, they are miserable WITHIN themselves... my mother taught me that and it is true... they are not happy people. you cannot do wrong and feel good about yourself...there are alot of good people inthe world....choose carefully...good luck
