of u wanna use chinese language in MS word then first download it from this site http://chinese.yahoo.com/docs/info/setup.html and then go onto ur ms word click on fonts in the standard bar which has file edit etc. click r browse it to the detination where u have stored click it and then u will be using chinese fonts!!!

you can download the chinese input on your computer if you don't have it already. if you do, go to control panel and click on date, time, language and regional options. then click on regional and lang. options. (a window should pop up.) next, click on the lang. tab and click on details. there should be a box where english and the buttons add, remove, and properties are next to the box. click on the dropdown menu and find the kind of chinese you want. (there's the tradtiotional kind and the simplified/more modern kind.) after that, click add.
i think that's the correct way to do it; i haven't done it in a long time. if it doesn't work, then my bad. =]

try different program such as njstar (it's like ms word),
