I would like to get one if they were by ik that most of them are just a big scam. Can you help me out?

Absoultely not. There are all scams and they will take your information and sell it telemarketers who will then be free to call you even if you are on the "Do Not Call List".
The only time Xbox's were free was when they were giving it away as part of a promotion. Now no one will give you one :P

They are true howerever you have to sign up for stuff that you have to pay for, and you have to get others to do the same thing as well.
