Not necessarily pretty, but eye liner when properly applied does enhance most girls eyes, thus allowing for a sexier appearance, but beauty is in the eyes of the beholders, thus some prefer natural beauty, and some prefer make-up.

some yes some no. it brings out your eyes, especially the liquid liner. but i have blue eyes that are constantly changing colors like blue to gray to green ,to aqua then it starts again but i dont want to put on eyeliner because my eyes are already brought out! you dont need to wear makeup just to look pretty you look pretty just the way you are!

It depends on what kind of eyes you have. I have small eyes and look horrible wearing eyeliner. My friend loves wearing black eyeliner but looks better in light borwn or grey liner.....my best friend has beautiful big round eyes and looks fab wearing black eyeliner.

some people think that so much eye liner is good, but it depends, like i wear eye liner and i like it! so yea!

It all depends on their own opinion. If they feel that they look better with the eyeliner then they use it but if they feel like they shouldn't need the eyeliner to feel beautiful then they don't need it. Personally, a little eyeliner is okay with some lip gloss, but some people use to much makeup and then they jsut look fake.

It depends... if they use too much, they look trashy. If you use a little, it can really make your eyes pop and they will look beautiful. Also, if you know just how to do it, you can make your eye look rounder, smaller, or bigger. Just expieriment and find the look that is right for you. You can also ask your friends for opinions.

if you're going to wear liner then practice with it, try different liners,(pencil, liquid ) see what looks good on you. Try different styles, ( only on top lid, on top and bottom, black , brown, grey, blue,etc.). Only you can decide if you look better with or without.

it depends on the person, b/c i wear just mascara, and i dont need eyeliner, but it brings out the color in your eyes, and it helps u look more awake when u are tired
