Take your passport, get a trustworthy guide, and be prepared to pay at least US$30 at the border. Haiti, despite its dangers, can be beautiful. Enjoy!

It's really easy to cross the DR-Haiti border but if you're not a domincan citizen you have to pay US$10 when you leave the DR and if you're not a haitian citizen you have to pay US$20 to enter Haiti so it's going to cost you.

You can with a passport, but I wouldn't recommend it. Haiti is far too unstable. Check out the Department of State's travel section for travel warnings for Haiti (or anywhere else you need to travel).

You can, but it's not recommended, as Haiti has not got a very stable government. If you are set on going, there area small places you can visit but you will have to research it first.
