If you have not been sexually active, as in intercourse, and are positive there is no chance of STD or STI, I have heard that some types of friction to your area may cause small bumps. I've personally had a time when I had not been sexually active in any way and had a rash like thing happen with small bumps that was caused due to a type of vaginal infection. Before I had a chance to go to the doctor it took care of itself. However, if you have been sexually active there is a greater chance it could be genital warts or another type of infection, in which, it is critical you seek health care. Either way, if the bumps do not go away in a day or so you need to go to the doctor for antibiotic.
