Very carefully...LOL. Usually fertility drugs are involved in that number of births. You also have to realize that they usually must be delivered by C section and the mother often times must be on bed rest for months as that is a very risky type of pregnancy to carry full term. I would think not only carrying that many but having to raise them all simultaneously must be a very difficult job.

There are basically two ways to concieve multiple babies: either a single fertilized ovum divides into one or more babies, or several ovum are released and fertilized by different sperm. The first method creates "identical" siblings, the second method creates "fraternal" siblings.
While there are known cases of as many as 5 identical multiples, they are becoming more and more rare as the number of fraternal multiples rises. Fraternal multiples are more common with the rise in useage of fertility drugs. Fertility drugs do not effect the creation of identical multiples.
Sextuplets, six babies at one time, would always be fraternal, or mixed fraternal and identical. They result from overly active ovulation in the woman, either by accident, or due to drugs designed to stimulate ovulation.

fertility drugs are one of the biggest reasons because if you are getting say In-Vitro work done they use several eggs and just fertilize them all hoping that one will end up becoming a baby afterall and that's how alot of women have muliple births. Rarely genetics are the cause of it.

Having sextuplets naturally is extremely rare. Most of the women who have this many babies have taken fertility drugs or have undergone invitro fertilization.

Thats extremely rare. There have also been a few scams involving couples raising money with locals to donate to bringing up all those babies.

While it can happen naturally, it is usually because the woman has taken fertility drugs.
