Unauthorative sites list the actress as 15 year old Meghan Po, a model. All references are via indivials posting on blog sites, that I can see.

Why would it offend anyone? Unless you're really uptight, it's just saying that it's a strong, lasting car. Am I right? The fairy is used to show that nothing can touch that car. That's how I saw it. I do not tend to overlook things, but I also don't dwell too hard on a simple Dodge commercial. They don't mean to be offensive, they are trying to show people that it's a great car.
