Do you feel it is more important to be kind or is it more important to be right? And when is kindness more important? Do you think some people deserve your kindness more than others? Is it based on their physical appearance, how much money they have or how socially popular they are? Do you think kindness could transform our world? Or do you think controlling others to do what you think is more important?

Kindness is more important. Though modern society is plagued by cynicism. It is more to the core of who we are.

it's important to be kind, especially when you are right. Kindness is always important. i try to treat people I meet with the idea that this could be one of the worst days of their life and I don't want them to look back and think that I contributed to it. I'd rather be remembered as the person who said something positive, made them feel a little better about things.
Everyone deserves kindness, possibly when people least deserve it is when they most need it in fact. And I never base how I respond to people on their looks or social status, I would that very shallow and insincere.
And yes, kindness could transform our world, but unfortunately in this society we have created kindness is not something we can buy or sell for a profit so it has no real significance to many people.
I really liked this question, it made me think. There's been so few on here recently that have been worth answering. Thank you :)

Whoa....that is a lot of questions...let's see.
If being right is of little consequence than kindness is most important.
I think all people deserve kindness but there are some who do not receive it and continue to be cruel themselves.
My kindness is not based on anybody's physical appearance, money or social scale but some people may be influenced by it as that is often a flaw in our society.
Kindness could definitely transform our world. It is contagious in a very good way.
No, people have the right to think as they wish as long as they do not infringe upon the rights of others.
All this is extreme over simplification, but I don't think you are looking for an 10 page essay for your answer.

Kindness is possible when one feels confident in one's purpose for living and place on this earth. Kindness is seeing all humans as God's holy creation. Even the unattractive have immeasureable worth.

I know a few control freaks ... like my ex. She is incapable of being kind if she feels like she isn't controlling the situation. She's alienated our oldest daughter. Yeah, that is my side of the story. It happens out there. Being right ... well, there are times that moral clarity is needed. If you threaten my children, I will not be very kind to you. Yet most of the time I realize that I could just as well be wrong about my beliefs, as sincere as they are. So no need to tell everyone around me all they time that they are wrong. This social ability comes with maturity and self-confidence.

No, neither, we should be respectful, I feel fine thanks for asking, It's more important to be respectful, kindness is being respectful, no, no,no,no, no, all people need to treat all life with respect, and often the truth hurts, but it's a temporary hurt, and people that attempt to control others will fail every time, they might get the upper hand once and a while, but in the long run they'll fail.

Well, I think you know that most people are going to say kindness, and that being right is less important. I think that being kind is part of being right, and that if someone can't be kind in their view of making things right, then they aren't making things right, just different, maybe worse. Kindness always overrules being right for me, unless being kind to one is hurting another, but I can't force my views on other people, that wouldn't be kind or right. So controlling others in your quest to be right is wrong. My wording is all so silly, but I hope everyone gets my point.

There is no correct answer to this question, the answers will vary be what an individual finds important in their life, and then more so by the particular situation they site.

One can be kind and right, it is in the approach.

For the rest of your questions, it all depends on what you want from any particular situation.

It's all very subjective.

I believe people should be kind to everyone, because we just don't know the person like a book, so how can we judge them? Kindess is something that brings peace and takes away misery, and I don't understand why you can't have both? Being kind is being right, and to control others is to manipulate and it is being neither kind or right. Good question though :]

Control, looks, being popular, or having money
is not the reason to be kind to a person.
Be kind to everyone.
As for the world, it's the evilness trying to take over.
