OHMYGOSH THAT'S GORGEOUS! I envy you, I wish I had a reason to wear a glamourous dress again. I always found that women with dark skin look absolutely beautiful in very light colours. I have very pale skin (I'm a Finnlander) and I don't like my body hair, freckles, or blemishes and so I don't bare much flesh, LOL!
I would go for the pink or yellow. Good luck - you're gonna break some hearts!

like a light color like white or off white, light blue, pink, peach, silver, gold, orange, light brown try as many as u can on and ask the lady that works there see what see thinks or have a best friend that will give u the truth about the dress

do you want flashy? if not go to the muted tones that have that sparkle. you will be surprised how nice the colors look.they come in many colors like yellow./ cranberry but they are toned down. if you have neck line that is round and so forth alittle pendant only. i would just go for the earrings only. if dress has no bangles go for bangled earings.

Well, I read about different colors clothes for skin types in some magazine and it said if you have dark colored skin avoid brown and purple..........I believe the best colors were said to be peachy tones and yellows

i'd say a mild pink, it ought to look good with the colour of her dermis, and that is a fave colour for prom today! good success, she'll have relaxing! choose i became the right age to bypass!

something bright! turquoise has been a hot color this year. something like that or lime green...hmm...i'd say, pick your favorite color and go electric with it ! i would give anything to have dark skin! i'm as white as snow :)

i think the yellow colour will make u look gorgeousand i know this cuz i myself have darkish skin colour and ppl say i look good in yellow
