For Apollo 15 it was 78 hours and 31 minutes from launch to lunar orbit insertion. That is about three and a quarter days. That was typical for Apollo, a little over 3 days.

The recent Pluto mission, New Horizons, took about 9 hours to pass the orbit of the Moon. But of course it didn't stop at the Moon. Stopping would have required saving some of the rocket fuel that got it up to speed to slow down again at the Moon, which would have meant a slower trip.

The Apollo astronauts got there in five days. If you assembled a large spacecraft with lots and lots of fuel in orbit, you could get there somewhat faster.

The Moon is about 250,000 miles away from Earth.
