I'm 5'8" and also hoping to grow a little more. I'd be happy with 5'10" though. It's really all genetics. Here's two things that could help maybe. Eat healthy, drink milk, and sleep atleast 8 hours a night. Your growth horomones are released when you sleep at night. Best of luck and lets hope we keep growing!

Well, there is this one-time treatment Atlasprofilax that reduces the pressure on your spine and puts your neck spine in the right position - usually you get a gain of 1/2 to 1 inch.

Costs are 220 dollars, it's available in California or Europe - and the main effect is a boost of the self-healing power of your body and mind. I've experienced it myself. :-)

It's drastic but it works.....you have to get a special harness that goes around your head and attaches to a hook in the ceiling....you then hang waits on your ankles depending on how fast you want to grow is how much weight you should use...usually about 50 pounds works....do this 3 times a week and drink a lot of milk.........

You pray that your growth spurt is not over!!!
I went from 5'2" to 5'9" when I was 14 years old and I thought I would eventually get over 6 feet but till this day I'm still 5'9"

Try asking your doctor. Calcium supplements are always good, but too much dairy can actually decrease the amount of calcium in your system. A little is okay, though.

Stand in horse manure for an hour a day. That stuff makes anything grow.
