No you need to go to a certification center: " Certification exams are offered at SAP facilities in several major cities worldwide. To register for an exam at a location close to you, please contact your local SAP Education representative."

SAP certification Online is not possible.
The reason is, there have been many many scams for MCSC, JAVA, CCNA and all certifications by dummy candidates...and see the situations of those certified ppl.
SAP is an industry icon now, so there should be genuine people only who should be certified by genuine knowledge and hard work .... so you have value in the market when you are out as a certified person.
Selection of exam center can be done based on your current place...or simply go to Bangalore exam center.
