Right now she has two middle names Lynn and Marie.
If she married and kept her last name without hyphenating it, Smith would be a third middle name, If she wants to use both last names I believe she needs to hyphenate it.

I would guess Jamie Lynn is the first name and Marie is the middle name and this doesn't change if you get married.

It could also be that her first name is Jamie Lynn, and her middle name is Marie. When you are married you don't change your middle name just your last. It doesn't matter how many last names you add, your middle name remains the same.
