first off thats only "mans" concieded oppinion. but it would mean that of all GOD's creations "man" is his best" his shinning jewel" "the crown of his creations" ...just a poetic way of saying "the best"...... however this point[ man being the best] is certainly debateable..... we are lucky when we can live in harmony with our own families let alone the rest of mamkind... we are a pretty disfunctional group if you get down to it...
