google them. Just be aware, the company is going to make money off you. This means you may well end up with a lot less than if you stick to the income stream you have coming.
Oh...they buy settlement contracts like annuities and lawsuits. They do NOT buy social security income streams because they have no guaranteed payout (plus I'm pretty certain that would be illegal).
