The fact they were colonized and did not mature own their own. That is what traps them from the that point in their history everything changed. This is what I honestly feel because then none of them would have dictators, dieseases etc. They ould have sickness but would have the money and medicine to get rid of it. Just because their countries or should I say tribes would be well off. Borders were drawn by coloniezers. I hope that answers your question.

it is war that rage within society, too many thing involved here, but usually, the potential part of that developed counrty is managed by foreigner, and the government has no intention or can't replace them

Dictators-lies to the world-inhumane treatment of fellow countrymen-corruption on the government level-unjust laws-profiteering-racial/religious discrimination-stealing from the populace!!!!!!!!!
