If you say you hate someone, and feel anger towards them, then you are actually caring for that person enough to have feelings (either positive or negative). The oppositive of love is indifference, not hate. When we don't like something about somebody, it's usually a reflection of what we don't like about ourselves. Example: if someone does something and you don't agree with it and you feel angry; perhaps you are in fact angry at yourself for not speaking up about how their action affected you.

When you hate someone its only like 10% of the feeling most times the hate disappears and u begin to only be angry. I think anger and hate are coping mechanisims. They are formed by chemcals in the brain. I think the people we truly hate we arent angry with. I think that if u are angry with someone and hate them. In time either the anger or the hate will fade and one or the other will just be the feeling left. I think in the heat of the moment we say hate, but most times its actually anger that is the true emothioin. I think its just more socially acceptable for people to say they hate someone then to say they are angry.

Anger is when you take the hate personally. For example, "How could she hurt me like that?" If someone does you a lot of harm, or does harm to something or someone that you care about, then your anger is the mechanism which would help you to defend what you love against what you hate.

Believe me when i say this....Hatred is a choice. You can choose to feel sorry for them instead..
Like you said.....you feel angry, when you hate someone, cause you just don't like to see them, and don't want to hear about them..it reminds you of their wrong doings to you, and no one would be OK with that.
Just like love is the most positive feeling you can have for someone, Hate is the most negative! And unfortunately the only person feeling it would be you! The person you hate can feel the tension in your presence but they won't feel that powerful negativity that you have inside you!
If a person, in your opinion, is that terrible, then why should you hate them.....the feeling is so toxic, and it's intoxicating you and you alone....I'm my opinion they're not worth it....i choose to pity them instead. That way, i would have rid myself from the negativity that they don't deserve! and it makes me a better person.....and by the way...it takes a lot of hard work.....but really worth it.....
Good luck

Anger is the frustration of not being in control. When you can't make something be the way you want it to be. Hate is a strong avoidance desire. If you are angry when you hate, you have a conflict. Example- you want that person to not be in your life (hate), they still are in your life and you can't make them not be in your life (anger).

Anger is often related to fear... if they are just jerks, you tend not to get angry but just walk away from it..
