Not in the Bible, however there is a passage that refers to Jesus going to the desert for 40 days and has a confrontation with Satan, which basically was a temptation match.

Try the Gnostic Gospels maybe the story is in there.

Read Revelations 1 :18
Also Rev 3: 8
He was buried in the tomb (Jesus, the Son of God) got the
keys like explained in Rev, (so He conquered Satan)
Do not know how this question originated? Do not know about the
souls when He was taken in to Heaven
Hope this helps
God bless

1)why would he go in a tomb to conquer a devil.
2)why would he need souls if it where there.

My priest has told me that after Jesus died in the cross, and before He resurrected, he had to go to Hell, locked the Devil and brought the key back with Himself, so when He judges dead and alive people, He'll open Hell's gates again, but I don't know where exactly that is.
