Chances are, no, it will not have ALL the drivers. It will have some drivers for the most common devices like integrated WiFi cards, some PCMCIA WiFi cards, integrated video drivers like SiS, Intel and so on.

If you have any dedicated video or audio devices Windows 2000 will not have the drivers for those and you will have to either use the included driver disc (if you have one) to attempt to load them on Windows 2000. Note that most Windows 98 drivers will not work under Windows 2000. You will have to attempt to locate the drivers for any devices not working from the manufacturer.

But all your CD/DVD drives, hard drives, wired network devices, USB devices and the like will all work without installing any separate drivers. The things you need to worry about are video and audio device drivers. You will be able to get those from whoever manufactured the card.

It will only have the drivers that Windows 2000 provides. If you needed to install any extra drivers in the course of using your computer, those would not be there. The best thing to do would be to copy those to a disc and then format your hard drive.
