Pottasium Permangnte if you can believe it. As a child of hardly two years I had been given up for lost. There was something wrong in my backbone. I could not move from one place. Then one day a Mission Hospital doctor(Dr. Bidari) gave me some potassium permangnate water for gurgling which I drank up. I immediately swooned and did not come back for two days. During this time they say I vomitted and passed loose motions a number of times. I was given up for lost. But the tired day I came up i.e. I stood up and also walked. Since the,except for the malarial attack, I had no occasion to see a doctor except recently. PP was the best thing I ever had.

One of the the best things I did was to challenge myself before a year,to take the first plain to Italy,with not good level of Italian,with the total pocket money of 100 Euros and to survive and success.Well,I survived somehow,then I even started a job,improved my Italian and got rid of many inner conflicts I used to have..

When I get out of bed in the mornings put my two feet on the floor, I say thank you LORD for another day coming, thank you for my health AND I am 82yrs old. Had ups and downs that,s OK .
