I recently made a job switch from a 30 min commute each way to a 7 min communte. That saves me 45 minutes a day in travel time.

To be able to accept the fact that I am not perfect. That has spared me countless hours of sheer torture. Then I became aware of the fact that when someone tells they are perfect that they are not getting their moneys worth because they are in complete denial of being what it is to be human. Huge amount of time freed up.

i dropped about 200 pounds! i don't miss him at all. and i too switched jobs and ended up with a 7 min commute instead of a 35 minute one.

I earned back my 2 hours that I lost in the begining of year.I have become better at communication.I have slowed down my speed and enjoy good health.

Well I've taken time off to mend myself spiritually. I'm learning to love and accept myself more.

i lost 15 lbs in almost 2 months, i have to try harder i have 17 more to go!!!!
