Hello, brain is neural tissue, muscle is well... muscle tissue! Basic knowledge of biology would be enough to answer this question. Well, I've heard the expressions " a brain work-out" and "Let me jog your memory" so I might be wrong

No.The brain is an organ I believe used to regulate all of the little details of running your body, processsing information etc..

it's not technically a muscle, but you should treat it like one.
in other words, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.
