YES!!! I am 71 years and in fairly good shape due to my US Army upbringing and living in sunny Florida helps a whole lot. I go out to the beach every day to get my batteries charged, but not in a nasty way, just looking, because my dearly beloved would put her foot up my butt.

I am 53 years old and I was also wondering the same thing. However, I don't consider myself a senior because my heart and soul are young. Are you concerned that the answers by young people might not be relevant to your concerns or might not be the perspective you are looking for. I can empathize with you if that is the case.

I am over 50.Eyeore was my favorite character on Winnie the Pooh,when I watched it with my Grand children.I think I could relate to his personality.The name might make me sound like a young-un,but I'm really not.
