Yes, physics is a gift from God. I get that point of view from this Bible passage among others.

1 Kings 4:29 And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding beyond measure, and breadth of mind like the sand on the seashore, 30 so that Solomon's wisdom surpassed the wisdom of all the people of the east and all the wisdom of Egypt.

It is God who gifts mankind with wisdom and understanding. In the case of physics it was one of the many ways that he still blesses us even though for the most part people are ungrateful because He's good like that.

All things are a gift from God. How we use it, good or evil, is up to us.

What "god"? Physics exists, "god" doesn't.

Focus on the testable, not the "testament".
