Nuclear War if began which country will start it?

We dropped the atomic bomb on Japan, now there is talk about the US using "limited" bombs in Iran...

Do you think we will use the bomb again, or do you think another country will, which one and its target please.

Nuclear war would be initiated by a rogue group such as any of the terrorist groups out there and not by any formally recognized country. The reason for this is because the costs are too high for a country to start a nuclear war. On the other-hand, a rogue group has nothing to lose and in fact, has much to gain in terms of prestige.

I think if war began first Iran will shoot Israel, after that Israel would do the same and the war began between Israel and Iran.
After that it get worst then Israel will drop some atom on Iran.
may be but I don't like the war to get strat.
