Very simple: Download AVG FREE http://free.grisoft.com. Install it and then make sure that the virus definitions are up to date. Run Control Panel and scan your entire computer. It WILL see it or them and give you the option of deleting the file or fixiing the file. Choose delete. Let it continue until it's finished going thru all your files and when your done, there will not be any kind of virus or worm on your PC. I have used this program for over three years and have only found one virus that it it could not take care of - now that's dependable protection - and it's FREE (although they do have a paid version with even more protective aspects and a firewall as well)!

first,track down the virus and then delete the file that it's in.
