This can apply to any or all aspects of your life, from how you behave in relationships to how you prefer to spend your holidays. Please don't overthink the question. This is simply about your decision-making process. So just ask yourself which is more you: spontaneous or cautious? planned or unplanned? drawing up a tight schedule or flying by the seat of your pants? Which is more YOU?

Note to nedzeon (aka "mad scientist"): You are under no obligation to answer my questions if you don't like them. Frankly, I find your open hostility embarrassing. You must have better things to do with your time, surely?

Sorry, sunshine, not engaging with sociopaths anymore. Your story has officially become tiresome -- and you've now officially violated at least a half-dozen more TOS and CG rules. You've been reported (again) and I look forward to your suspension.

I'm spontaneous with my feelings, emotions and relationships.
And,unlike most people I know, with most aspects of my life, including big decisions. Many good things and good people became part of my life when I was not planning or thinking much, just following my heart and my intuition, that is very strong and accurate.

I tend to plan and try to control my time,my daily routine, and I'm not good at taking changes in that aspect.Anything different from what I planned or expected can make my day,but can ruin it(or, most likely,a part of it),as well. The good news is that I'm good at recovering,I rarely stay down for a long time.I'm glad I'm this way, because life hasn't been easy, lately.

When I travel,I like to have some general plans and ideas but, mostly, let things happen.Just relax and enjoy and do what I feel like doing at the time. That works perfectly and I have been to wonderful places and done some great things that I couldn't have imagined when I left home.

This same spontaneous way goes for work and most anything else. Many big decisions in my life were taken in an impulse. This could be seen as irresponsible, but if there is something that I am not is that.I'm quite the opposite, especially in relation to other people.I guess that,as I tend to think too much, most of the time, the thinking is already done when my heart-and/or my intuition-leads me to any quick decision. And these have proven to be the best decisions I've ever done!:)

In short,I plan and try to control my daily routine, but always have space for the unexpected-from where came some of the best parts of my life!;)

I can't say that I've done anything much important,or that I don't have any regrets,Mac,but I've certainly done what I wanted, almost always, which is more than most people can say!:)

P.S. This question and the other one you asked yesterday are very good and kept me thinking about things in my life that need my atention, hours after I've answered them.Thank you for that,Mac!:):)

By nature, I am spontaneous. By necessity, I have to be a planner. When I didn't have kids (there was a time when they weren't here?!) I was known for taking off on a whim for no rhyme or reason. Money burned a hole in my pocket and I would do crazy things like passionately kiss a guy I barely knew at a bonfire. I did everything to excess.

Nowadays, because I have three kids, it takes us an hour just to get ready and go for a walk. I can't just throw some gear into a bag and take off on a camping trip. I make lists, use schedules, have little Post-its all over the place reminding me what needs to be done and when. I feel disorganized, because this type of behaviour doesn't come naturally to me, but our days are planned out weeks in advance almost to the hour. Of course, we don't always abide stringently. Sometimes we blow everything off and go hang out at the mall. I know, we're a wild bunch.

When the kids are older, a lot older, I can see my husband and I taking off to Europe on a whim, or taking the kids on a spontaneous road trip. My husband is uber-organized, but he's game for an adventure now and then.

I'm definitely Spontaneous, unplanned and fly by the seat of my pants!

At the end of the work week, I have to have a plan written down b/c it's crunch time. If I don't, I won't get anything accomplished that week b/c I drift so easily. I have to prioritize and draw up somewhat of a schedule by Wednesday night or Thursday morning or I'll never do what has to be done. In fact, planning gives me a headache. I hate being held to a time or place too far in advance. I guess I'm to afraid of commitment with certain things. I get all bothered when people start asking me for times, plans or what I'm doing when.

I LOVE freedom and doing fun things whenever I think of them! I LOVE LIFE!

I am very much like "xqueenyx" above, in that I'm usually much more organized and have a plan when it comes to things such as big holidays, and serious matters. When it's about doing something fun however, I much prefer spontaneity! The more spontaneous and unplanned, usually the more fun and exciting things will turn out to be. :) At times in my life, I've been the type to "act now, think later", but as a rule, I do tend to put a bit of thought into anything remotely serious or life-altering. I know that there will always be plenty of serious things and events to plan for in this life, but I hope that there will always be plenty of spontaneous and exciting moments interweaved among them.

I think I am a more spontaneous person. I like to make plans as they are still needed to keep myself on the track but I don't want to be trapped in the plans that I make because in the other side I always follow the phrase "Life is about expect the unexpected". So, beware and be ready all the time.

Well, I always feel like I have to have a plan. When I get that plan though, I either forget what it was or ignore it. I guess that would make me a fly by the seat of my pants type of person, with planning tendencies.

I am more half half. I can come up with ideas but never carried most of them to completion. But whenever i make plans, i would always change my schedule at the last minute so as to fit my sudden interest. eg. I may plan to go out shopping but ended up in the library.

I can be both but all around i can be really cautious So i would say that. I behave really good in relationships and i prefer to spend it time with my family. I don't cheat and lie in relationships and same goes for to my family.meaning i don't cheat and i don't lie. I don't steal either. I like things planned but sometimes i like to be spontaneous.
