I did really bad on it but Algebra is my biggest weakness.

Never pass up a free second chance!
You can't do any worse than you did the first time. Might as well attempt to study.
There are lots of free math help sites, where you can practice. If you are allowed to use a programmable calculator, have someone put in the formulas for you and show you how to use it.
Do your best to learn it now. Algebra does not go away. You will use it in everyday life...as well as college.
On a positive note, usually if you suck in Algebra, you excel in Geometry.

Yes, of course - it's a no brainer. You'll have plenty more vacations, but a bad grade will stick with you forever.
