ChannelAdvisor can send an automated email confirming payment, but a seller can go into their Customer Management Settings and select which post-sale emails they want sent out automatically. So, in most cases ChannelAdvisor will send an email cofirming payment because that's the type of task that sellers usually want it to do. However, if a seller using ChannelAdvisor has opted to turn off the automated payment confirmation setting, then it won't send such emails. Hope that helps.

avoid channel advisor , they are scam, they will take all your money without any service
i was there and got ripped off
